Online personal training runs in 8 or 12 week blocks, in which a tailored exercise and nutrition plan is prescribed to suit your needs.
This will provide you with the accountability you need to reach your goals.
How it works
Step 1
The first thing I would ask you to do is to provide information via an introductory questionnaire. From there I can arrange to have a Zoom call to get to know each other better and make sure I fully understand all of your needs and goals.
There is no one-size-fits-all format or generic plans: I will take into account your food likes and dislikes, time restraints and equipment available to ensure your plan is realistic and achievable.
Step 2
I will then create a plan and go over everything with you before we start. Everything is individualised and tailored to you. This ensures a high success rate with my clients.
Step 3
You will have weekly check-ins to ensure you are adhering to your plan, giving us the chance to catch up and alter anything that needs changed. This also enables us to look at body measurements ensuring that progress is maintained throughout.
Step 4
At the end of the block, we will you review your progress together and discuss if you wish to continue working together. If so we can look at adjusting goals and continue to improve your health and fitness.
