Colin uses a systematic approach to Personal Training based on individual goals & objectives. Personally my goals were to improve overall fitness whilst reducing overall weight, which I did by losing over 55kg in weight. My training was not without its challenges as I suffer from an incurable neurological disorder, Colin was able to tailor my training plans based on my needs & abilities. I was over weight and concerned about my fitness. Eventually I joined the gym. After a year and a half I had lost just a few pounds and seen a moderate improvement in my fitness. I have been training with Colin since I was 18 and I’m now 24. After a break in training I returned to Colin needing help to shift excess weight. Training with Colin not only helped me lose weight but also gave me a big boost in confidence.
